AYA generates campaign concepts, copy, scripts and creative direction using an AI model. It is provided during a free beta, as is, with no uptime guarantee and no warranty. Features may change or disappear.

You keep every right you already had in what you submit. AYA claims no ownership over your briefs or over the campaigns generated from them, and you are free to use the output commercially.

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use, and do not submit other people’s confidential information.

AI output requires review. AYA is instructed never to invent statistics, testimonials, endorsements or proof — but it is a language model, and language models make mistakes. Before publishing anything AYA writes, verify every factual claim, every product claim, and anything that touches a regulated category such as health, finance, supplements or alcohol.

The campaign signal scores are AYA’s own qualitative read on the work it produced. They are an opinion, not a forecast, and nothing in AYA predicts or guarantees performance.

You agree not to use AYA to produce:

• deceptive, fraudulent or knowingly misleading marketing
• content that impersonates a real person, brand or organisation
• harassment, hate speech, or content targeting a private individual
• claims about health, income, safety or legal outcomes that you cannot substantiate

You also agree not to attempt to bypass the rate limits, or to use automated tooling against the API beyond normal use of the product.

Moodboard frames are creative references, not licensed campaign assets. Where imagery comes from a photo library, the library’s licence applies and attribution is shown. Where AYA generated the imagery, treat it as a reference for direction rather than a finished asset. Clear rights before you publish anything derived from a moodboard.

The free beta allows a limited number of campaign generations per day per visitor. That limit exists so the service stays available, and may be adjusted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYA is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or its output, including any campaign, claim or piece of content published on the basis of it.
